Refund policy

1. Returns

We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Tags (if applicable) must be intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
• It may take a few business days for the refund to reflect

4. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only in case of:

• Damaged items
• Incorrect product received

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share images for quick resolution

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible.
